Autumn Term

This term we are exploring the theme Creation and Covenant, focusing on the story of 'Noah's ark'. Within this theme we will be sequencing the story, writing poetry based upon the events and discussing the importance of the promise that God made to Noah. From this we will then explore effects of flooding, researching into the damage it has on our planet and the livings things within it. The topic will also cover the life cycles of animals and humans, helping Year 2 understand the series of stages that living things go through during their lives.
