Foundation Learning R-Y2

Homework is provided to consolidate the learning done in-school and for parents to support their children's learning.  We want this to be an enjoyable process and therefore seek to assign a range of activities that children will want to do.

Homework may be in the form of half-term art and craft projects, taking pictures on a walk, or asking family members questions.  

Weekly Homework

• Reading- both phonic reading books and reading with families for enjoyment.
• Apps- we pay a subscription for Reading Eggs and Numbots for every learner. There are games and challenges to complete. We encourage learners to use both of these apps twice per week.
• Class Dojo Portfolio- Worksheets or tasks may be assigned using Class Dojo portfolio.
