• PE Every Wednesday- Please remember to wear PE kits and trainers.
• Trekking Thursday- We need to bring in coats and wellies to enjoy our treks in the local area.

Autumn Term

This term we are looking at the theme Creation and Covenant. Year 5 will be concentrating on Moses and David as well as the different covenants through the Bible. 

Our main topic is Evolution Explorers, we will look closely at Charles Darwin and Welsh explorer Alfred Wallace. This topic will involve lots of local area study focussing on habitats, explanation writing, presentations, poetry and programming using Scratch. Our class novel is the Last Bear by Hannah Gold.

We will also be involved in a project about mumbles Sea Wall.
